Over the last three weeks I had a nice wee break from training. Both my body and mind were due for a rest. It was great to get up in the morning not to have to think about the next session. Instead I upped my weekly yoga sessions and exercised whenever I felt like it. It was great to get out on my feet and explore some new areas together with Josh. Below are a few pictures of our explorations.
